mohawk

It’s not just called Mohawk because of the haircut: This club turns Red River green in honor of the Mohawk nation, the world’s oldest democracy. The stages are recycled pine, the log tables made from wood recovered after a storm, the walls are recycled – and that’s just stage one of a three-stage eco-friendly renovation. Even their coffee is organic, with biodegradable to-go cups.
