Gerald currently resides in Clarksville /Old West Austin with his wife, Amy, who is a local floral & event designer, and their two dogs, Harley and Apple.  As a member of the community for almost 20 years, he has led entrepreneurial ventures in internet, business consulting and local large scale events.  Gerald represents a new breed of broker with strong business skills and a passion for smart growth and local development.

Gerald holds his MBA from the University of Florida as well as a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.  Accreditations include:  NAR’s GREEN / Sustainable  Property Designation as well as a designation from the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).

Jon lives outside of Elgin with his wife, Hilary, and their dog, Bailey.  Born and raised in San Antonio, Jon spent most of his life in Central and South Texas.  He started in real estate as an investor and became a manager for a leading home performance contractor.

Jon holds his MBA from Southern Methodist University as well as an undergraduate degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.   Since 2007, Jon has been involved in the home energy efficiency industry and in 2009 became a Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst Professional, the same certification the City of Austin requires for contractors under the Energy Conservation Audit and Disclosure (ECAD) program.
